Section 60A(1AB)

The prohibitions in regulation 46XC (acquisition of Schedule 3DA revenue generating goods) are not contravened by a relevant activity in relation to any such goods necessary for the functions of a diplomatic mission or consular post of the United Kingdom in Russia.
