Section 60C(2AA)

The prohibition in regulation 27(1)(a) is not contravened by the provision of technical assistance in relation to an aircraft owned, chartered or operated by a person connected with Russia, at a UK airport provided the assistance is not for the purposes of facilitating— a transfer of ownership of the aircraft or any of its component parts; or a change in the operator of the aircraft.
