Section 60DA(6B)

The prohibitions in regulation 54C, in so far as they relate to construction services, are not contravened by any act done by a person (“P”), where P provides justification to the Secretary of State before the end of the period of 5 working days beginning with the day on which the act began that the act is an act necessary for essential maintenance.
