Section 60E(3)

For the purposes of this regulation— “humanitarian assistance activity” is to be construed in accordance with paragraph A1 of Schedule 5; “maritime goods” and “maritime technology” respectively have the meanings given in regulation 21 (interpretation of Part 5).
