Section 60F(3)

The prohibitions in Chapter 4E of Part 5 do not apply to the making available, supply, export or delivery of banknotes where the making available, supply, export or delivery is necessary for the official purposes of diplomatic missions, consular posts or international organisations in Russia enjoying immunities in accordance with international law.
