Section 60ZA(3)

A prohibition in Chapter 2 of Part 5 in so far as it is applied to non-government controlled Ukrainian territory by regulation 53A or Chapter 2A of Part 5 (goods and technology relating to non-government controlled Ukrainian territory), regulation 48 to 51, 52(1), (2) or (3)(b) to (e), or 53 (trade in relation to non-government controlled Ukrainian territory) is not contravened by any act done by a person (“P”) in satisfaction of an obligation of P arising under a contract concluded before 23rd February 2022, or an ancillary contract necessary for the satisfaction of such a contract, provided that— the act is carried out before 24th August 2022, and P has notified the Secretary of State no later than the day five working days before the day on which the act is carried out.
