Section 61(1B)

The prohibitions specified in regulations 46Z9B to 46Z9D (maritime transportation of certain oil and oil products) are not contravened by any act done by a person (“P”), where P provides justification to the Treasury within the relevant period that the act is an act dealing with an emergency.
