Section 61ZB

The prohibitions specified in paragraph (2) are not contravened by conduct that is necessary to protect or avoid endangering— the safety of any ship, or the life of any person. Paragraph (1) applies to the prohibitions— in regulation 46AA (provision of services relating to specified ships); in regulation 46AB (procurement of services relating to specified ships).
