Section 62(2)

The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 · United Kingdom

In this regulation a “certificate of origin” means a document issued by the Government of Ukraine or a person acting on behalf of the Government of Ukraine confirming that the goods originate in Ukraine.
