The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 · United Kingdom

The prohibitions in Chapters 2 to 6 and Chapter 6B of Part 5 (Trade) (other than the prohibitions in Chapter 4IA and Chapter 4O of that Part) do not apply to anything done under the authority of a licence issued by the Secretary of State under this regulation.
