Section 72(5)

The Treasury may request a person acting under a Treasury licence to provide information about— funds or economic resources dealt with under the licence, funds, economic resources or financial services made available under the licence, or any matter to which a licence relates, where that licence authorises an act that would otherwise be prohibited under regulation , 16 (securities and money market instruments), 17 (loans and credit arrangements), 17A (corresponding banking relationships and processing payments) , 18 (investments in relation to non-government controlled Ukrainian territory) , 18A (provision of foreign reserve and asset management services) , 18B (investments in relation to Russia) , 18C (trust services) or 46Z9B to 46Z9D (maritime transportation of certain oil and oil products).
