Section 78(1)

The Secretary of State, the Treasury , OFCOM or the Commissioners may, in accordance with this regulation, disclose— any information obtained under or by virtue of Part 7 (Exceptions and licences), this Part or Part 10 (Maritime enforcement), or any information held in connection with— anything done under or by virtue of Part 2 (Designation of persons), Part 3 (Finance), Part 3A (Director disqualification sanctions), Part 5 (Trade), Part 6 (Ships) or Part 6A (Aircraft), or any exception or licence under Part 7 or anything done in accordance with such an exception or under the authority of such a licence.
