Section 88C(5)

The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 · United Kingdom

The amount of the penalty under paragraph (1) , (1A) , (1B), (3) or (3A) is to be such amount as the Treasury may determine but it may not exceed the permitted maximum.
