Section 8(3)

The information given under paragraph (2)(a)— where the Secretary of State designates a person under the standard procedure, must include a statement of reasons; where the Secretary of State designates a person under the urgent procedure, must include a statement— that the designation is made under the urgent procedure, identifying the relevant provision by reference to which the Secretary of State considers that condition B is met in relation to the person, and setting out why the Secretary of State considers that condition C is met.
