Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Procurement Regulations 2024. These Regulations, except regulation 48, come into force at the same time at which section 11 of the Procurement Act 2023 comes into force for any purpose. Regulation 48 comes into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.
