Section 11(15)

Paragraph (16) sets out the information where— the supplier is not a company registered under the CA 2006, and the connected person can reasonably be considered to stand in an equivalent position in relation to the supplier as the connected person described in paragraph (3), (5), (7), (9), (11) or (13).
