Section 11(17)

Paragraph (18) sets out the information for a connected person to whom none of paragraphs (3), (5), (7), (9), (11), (13) or (15) apply— with the right to exercise, or who actually exercises, significant influence or control over the supplier, or over which the supplier has the right to exercise, or actually exercises, significant influence or control.
