Section 11(19)

In this regulation— “registrable”— in respect of a person with significant control, has the meaning given by section 790C(4) of the CA 2006; in respect of a relevant legal entity, has the meaning given by 790C(8) of the CA 2006; “relevant legal entity” has the meaning given by section 790C(6) of the CA 2006; “service address” has the meaning given by section 1141 of the Companies Act 2006.
