Section 12(13A)

If the supplier or one or more connected persons has been the subject of an event mentioned in paragraphs (2) to (12), any evidence that the supplier or connected person— took the event seriously, for example by paying any fine or compensation, took steps to prevent the event occurring again, for example by changing staff or management, or putting procedures or training in place, and committed to taking further preventative steps, where appropriate.
