Section 15

This regulation sets out what information must be included in a pipeline notice published under section 93(2) of the PA 2023. The information is, for each procurement set out in the pipeline notice— the contracting authority information, the title of the procurement, the unique identifier for the procurement, the contract subject-matter, and the estimated date when the following will be published— the tender notice for the public contract, or the transparency notice for the public contract. Nothing in this regulation prevents a contracting authority from publishing other relevant information in the notice.
