Section 21

This regulation sets out other information which must be included in a tender notice for the award of a public contract by reference to suppliers’ membership of a dynamic market published under sections 21(1)(b) and 34(1) of the PA 2023. The information is— the same information referred to in regulation 19(2), the unique identifier for the dynamic market against which the public contract is being awarded, a statement that the tender notice is for the award of a public contract which is to be awarded by reference to suppliers’ membership of a dynamic market, and where the public contract is being awarded to suppliers that are members of an appropriate part of a dynamic market— the title of the part, and the distinct number given to the part by the person who established the dynamic market. Nothing in this regulation prevents a contracting authority from providing other information that relates to the same procurement in the notice. This regulation does not apply to a tender notice for the award of a framework by reference to suppliers’ membership of a dynamic market (see instead regulation 20). This regulation does not apply to a tender notice of the type mentioned in regulation 22(1).
