Section 21(2)

The information is— the same information referred to in regulation 19(2), the unique identifier for the dynamic market against which the public contract is being awarded, a statement that the tender notice is for the award of a public contract which is to be awarded by reference to suppliers’ membership of a dynamic market, and where the public contract is being awarded to suppliers that are members of an appropriate part of a dynamic market— the title of the part, and the distinct number given to the part by the person who established the dynamic market.
