Section 25(6)

The information is— the same information referred to in paragraph (2) (a) to (h), the date from when the modification has effect, if a supplier is being admitted to the market, a statement to that effect and— their name, contact postal address, email address and unique identifier, and where the dynamic market is divided into parts, the part of which the supplier is a member, whether the supplier is— a small and medium-sized enterprise, or a non-governmental organisation that is value-driven and which principally reinvests its surpluses to further social, environmental or cultural objectives, if a supplier is being removed from the market, a statement to that effect and— their name, contact postal address, email address and unique identifier, and where the dynamic market is divided into parts, the part of which the supplier is a member, and a summary of any other modification being made.
