Section 27(4)

A contracting authority is not required to publish, in accordance with paragraph (2)(e)(vii), connected person information which is secured information in relation to— a connected person who is an individual who meets the description in regulation 11(3)(b) and (c), or a connected person who is an individual who meets the description in regulation 11(15)(b).
