Section 3

In these Regulations— “CA 2006” means the Companies Act 2006; “CPV code” means a code used in the Common Procurement Vocabulary as adopted by Regulation (EC) No 2195/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 November 2002 on the Common Procurement Vocabulary. “PA 2023” means the Procurement Act 2023.
