Section 37

This regulation sets out what information must be included in a procurement termination notice published under section 55(2) of the PA 2023. The information is— the contracting authority information, the title of the procurement, the unique identifier for the procurement, a statement to the effect that, following the publication of a tender or transparency notice in respect of a contract, the contracting authority has decided not to award the contract, and the date when the contracting authority decided not to award the public contract. Nothing in this regulation prevents a contracting authority from publishing other information that relates to the same procurement in a procurement termination notice.
