Section 37(2)

The information is— the contracting authority information, the title of the procurement, the unique identifier for the procurement, a statement to the effect that, following the publication of a tender or transparency notice in respect of a contract, the contracting authority has decided not to award the contract, and the date when the contracting authority decided not to award the public contract.
