Section 49

Parts 2 and 3 apply to a contracting authority that is a devolved Welsh authority in relation to a procurement under— a reserved procurement arrangement, and a transferred Northern Ireland procurement arrangement. Parts 2 and 3 do not apply to a contracting authority in relation to a procurement under a devolved Welsh procurement arrangement.
