Section 6(6)

Paragraph (7) applies where— a supplier has given up-to-date core supplier information to a contracting authority during a procedure listed in paragraph (2), and the supplier’s core supplier information subsequently changes and the supplier gives updated or corrected core supplier information to the contracting authority before the award of the public contract.
