contract subject-matter — the following information, so far as it is known to the contracting authority when the information is published— whether the contract is mainly for the supply of goods, services or works, a description of the kinds of goods, services or works which will be supplied, a summary of how those goods, services or works will be supplied, the estimated date when, or period over which, the goods, services or works will be supplied, the estimated amount of goods, services or works which will be supplied, the relevant CPV codes, and the geographical classification, where it is possible to describe this Section 14(1)
contracting authority information — — where there is one contracting authority for a procurement, the name of the contracting authority, where there are two or more contracting authorities acting jointly for a procurement— the name of the contracting authority that the contracting authorities acting jointly determine is the lead authority for the procurement, and the name of each of the other contracting authorities, a contact postal address and email address for the contracting authority or for each contracting authority acting jointly, the unique identifier for the contracting authority or for each contracting authority acting jointly, for any person carrying out the procurement, or part of the procurement, on behalf of the contracting authority or one or more of the contracting authorities acting jointly— the person’s name, the person’s contact postal address and email address, the person’s unique identifier, and a summary of the person’s role, and in respect of a notice published by the contracting authority, the name, contact postal address and email address of the person who should be contacted in the event of an enquiry about the notice Section 13
core supplier information — — the supplier’s basic information set out in regulation 9, the supplier’s economic and financial standing information set out in regulation 10, the supplier’s connected person information set out in regulation 11, and the supplier’s exclusion grounds information set out in regulation 12 Section 6(9)
CPV code — a code used in the Common Procurement Vocabulary as adopted by Regulation (EC) No 2195/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 November 2002 on the Common Procurement Vocabulary Section 3

geographical classification — — the area where the goods, services or works are to be supplied in the United Kingdom, by reference to the relevant ITL 1, ITL 2, and ITL 3 areas listed on the webpage entitled “International Geographies” on the website for the Office for National Statistics as amended from time to time, or where the goods, services or works are to be supplied outside the United Kingdom, the name of the country and, where appropriate, the region where they are to be supplied Section 14(2)
GPA — Agreement on Government Procurement signed at Marrakesh on 15 April 1994, as amended from time to time Section 4
horizontal arrangement’s activities — the activities contemplated by, or undertaken in pursuance of, a horizontal arrangement Section 42B(9)
