Council Directive 79/373/EEC of 2 April 1979 on the marketing of compound feedingstuffs · European Union
The Commission representative shall submit a draft of the measures to be adopted. The Committee shall deliver its opinion on such measures within a time limit which the chairman may set having regard to the urgency of the matter submitted for examination. An opinion shall receive at least 41 votes in its favour before it may be delivered.
