Council Directive 79/373/EEC of 2 April 1979 on the marketing of compound feedingstuffs · European Union
The Commission shall adopt the measures and implement them forthwith where they are in accordance with the opinion of the Committee. Where they are not in accordance with the opinion of the Committee, or if no opinion is delivered, the Commission shall at once submit a proposal to the Council on the measures to be taken. The Council shall adopt the measures by a qualified majority.
