Council Directive 79/373/EEC of 2 April 1979 on the marketing of compound feedingstuffs · European Union
If the Council has not adopted any measures within three months of receiving the proposal, the Commission shall adopt the proposed measures and implement them forthwith except where the Council has voted by a simple majority against such measures.
