Council Directive 81/851/EEC of 28 September 1981 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to veterinary medicinal products · European Union
The provisions of this Directive shall not apply to: - medicated feedingstuffs, veterinary medicinal products used in order to produce active immunity, diagnose the state of immunity and produce passive immunity, veterinary medicinal products based on radioactive isotopes, veterinary medicinal products not prepared in advance and intended for one particular animal or a small number of animals, homeopathic medicinal products.
