However, medicated feedingstuffs may be prepared only from pre-mixes which have been authorized under this Directive. Within two years of the notification of this Directive, the Council shall, on the basis of a Commission report accompanied if necessary by appropriate proposals, deliberate on a list of pharmacological molecules which may be used for preparing pre-mixes and on the procedure for drawing up this list.
