Council Directive 82/884/EEC of 3 December 1982 on a limit value for lead in the air · European Union

The procedure in Articles 10 and 11 for the adaptation of this Directive to scientific and technical progress shall relate to the characteristics to be complied with for choosing a sampling method and the reference method referred to in the Annex. This adaptation must not have the effect of directly or indirectly modifying the application of the actual concentration value fixed in Article 2 (2).
