90/424/EEC: Council Decision of 26 June 1990 on expenditure in the veterinary field · European Union
The Community may decide, at the request of a Member State, that the Member States should establish stocks of biological products intended for the control of the diseases referred to in Article 3 (1), Article 4 (1) (vaccines, standardized virus serotypes, diagnostic sera) and, without prejudice to the decision provided for in Article 14 (2) of Directive 85/511/EEC, Article 11 (1) of this Decision.
