Council Directive 90/314/EEC of 13 June 1990 on package travel, package holidays and package tours · European Union

Whereas in the resolution on a Community policy on tourism on 10 April 1984 OJ No C 115, 30. 4. 1984, p. 1. the Council welcomed the Commission's initiative in drawing attention to the importance of tourism and took note of the Commission's initial guidelines for a Community policy on tourism;
