In diesem Fall unterrichtet der Mitgliedstaat die anderen Mitgliedstaaten und die Kommission unverzueglich von dem Ergebnis seiner Überprüfung der Unterlagen und den Bedingungen für die Zulassung; er macht dabei mindestens die in Artikel 12 Absatz 1 vorgesehenen Angaben.
