Council Directive 91/414/EEC of 15 July 1991 concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market · European Union
Nach Prüfung der Unterlagen gemäß Artikel 6 Absatz 3 kann nach dem Verfahren des Artikels 19 entschieden werden, daß der Wirkstoff die Anforderungen von Artikel 5 Absatz 1 nicht erfuellt. Die Mitgliedstaaten stellen sicher, daß in diesen Fällen die Zulassung widerrufen wird.
