Ist nach Ablauf der Dreijahresfrist kein Beschluß über die Aufnahme eines Wirkstoffes in Anhang I ergangen, so kann abweichend von Artikel 6 nach dem Verfahren des Artikels 19 eine Zusatzfrist für die vollständige Prüfung der Unterlagen und der gegebenenfalls gemäß Artikel 6 Absätze 3 und 4 eingeholten ergänzenden Angaben beschlossen werden.
