Council Directive 91/692/EEC of 23 December 1991 standardizing and rationalizing reports on the implementation of certain Directives relating to the environment · European Union

The Member States shall take such measures as are needed to comply with the provisions of: Articles 2 and 3 by 1 January 1993 at the latest, Article 4 by 1 January 1994 at the latest, Article 5 by 1 January 1995 at the latest. They shall immediately notify the Commission of the measures taken.
