Die Mitgliedstaaten gewährleisten, daß Vermehrungsmaterial und Pflanzen von Obstarten bei ihrer Erzeugung und bei ihrem Inverkehrbringen auf die Einhaltung der Vorschriften und Bedingungen dieser Richtlinie amtlich geprüft und im Falle von CAC-Material stichprobenweise geprüft werden.
