Council Directive 93/75/EEC of 13 September 1993 concerning minimum requirements for vessels bound for or leaving Community ports and carrying dangerous or polluting goods · European Union

The master of the vessels shall complete truly and accurately a check list as reproduced in Annex II to this Directive and make it available to the pilot for his information and to the competent authority, if it so requests.
