Council Directive 93/75/EEC of 13 September 1993 concerning minimum requirements for vessels bound for or leaving Community ports and carrying dangerous or polluting goods · European Union

Pilots engaged in berthing, unberthing or manoeuvring vessels shall immediately inform the competent authority whenever they learn that there are deficiencies which may prejudice the safe navigation of the vessel.
