(c) The design type of the receptacles shall be approved by a testing and certifying body approved by the competent authority of the country of approval(39). Any receptacle of this design shall be manufactured and tested according to a quality assurance programme for production, final inspection and testing, which shall be approved and supervised by a testing and certifying body approved by the competent authority of the country of approval(40); or
