(d) The design type of the receptacles shall be approved by a testing and certifying body approved by the competent authority of the country of approval(41). Any receptacle of this design shall be tested under the supervision of a testing and certifying body approved by the competent authority of the country of approval(42) on the basis of a declaration of the manufacturer on compliance with the approved design and the relevant provisions of Class 2.
