Directive 2002/92/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 December 2002 on insurance mediation · European Union
Member States shall encourage the setting-up of appropriate and effective complaints and redress procedures for the out-of-court settlement of disputes between insurance intermediaries and customers, using existing bodies where appropriate.
