Home Member States under Article 2(1)(i) may provide that voting rights held in the trading book, as defined in Article 2(6) of Council Directive 93/6/EEC of 15 March 1993 on the capital adequacy of investment firms and credit institutions OJ L 141, 11.6.1993, p. 1. Directive as last amended by Directive 2004/39/EC. , of a credit institution or investment firm shall not be counted for the purposes of this Article provided that:
