These controls may also be carried out on goods that are: placed under one of the customs procedures referred to in points (b) to (f) of Article 4(16) of Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92; or to enter free zones or free warehouses, as defined in Article 4(15)(b) of Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92.
